In-person sessions are typically conducted at my office space at Office Evolution, 4801 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC (across the street from Macy's at Crabtree Valley Mall).

If not at my office, a travel fee of 50 cents per mile plus tolls and parking applies. The travel fee is waived for these additional Triangle locations, suitable for field sessions:

Online sessions are done using a private, password protected "Zoom" video conferencing "meeting" for our session. These sessions are live and interactive, not pre-recorded. You need an internet connected computer/laptop with integrated/connected webcam, microphone and speakers to participate. There is no additional software cost to you to participate in the private video conference we setup for our session. The video conferencing platform is easy to use and key features will be explained in a complementary orientation briefing that last just a few minutes at the beginning of a session, before we get into the content of the session.  In the video conference you can see and hear me, see my presentation slides, see other programs I'm working with on my machine e.g. image editing software like Adobe Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, Nik or Topaz, see and hear the other participants (if there are any). You can choose to share your video (webcam feed) so I can see your camera and direct you to where settings are on your camera. In addition, you can choose to share images on your computer with me, and you can raise your hand and ask questions in real time.

When your gift certificate recipient receives their certificate they can contact me to make an appointment. Appointments are required for all sessions. Sessions can be scheduled for weekdays, weekends, during the day or evenings. It is recommended that they make an appointment at least two weeks in advance, although some last-minute appointments may be possible. If we have not heard from the gift certificate recipient we may reach out to them (after the contact date you specified) to see if they are ready to schedule an appointment.

We don't want to spoil a surprise. We will not reach out to the gift certificate recipient until after the date you specify.  Later on in this form when you are asked "where to send the confirmation" use your email address, not the gift certificate recipient's email or the transaction receipt will go to them, ruining the surprise.
